We may collect personal information you provide to us when you submit an enquiry, book a call, or otherwise contact us, including your name, phone number, email address and postcode; what you are looking to do (for example, buy a first home or invest); whether you are a first home buyer, second home buyer or investor; your residency status (Australian citizen, permanent resident or New Zealander); your household income range; and whether you have savings towards a deposit. We may also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited via cookies and analytics tools.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request;
- To understand your situation and introduce you to our builder partners offering house and land packages;
- To explain government home buyer schemes, grants and concessions and their published requirements (residency, income and savings details help us do this);
- If you ask for home loan assistance, to refer you to My Finance People;
- To contact you about your Pathway Call and follow up on our services;
- To improve our website and marketing (including measuring ad and campaign performance); and
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Disclosure to third parties
We may share your information with:
- My Finance People Pty Ltd (ACN 169 314 881, Credit Representative No. 462071 under Australian Credit Licence 389328), for finance referrals. We only pass your details to My Finance People if you ask for home loan assistance and consent to the referral. This may include your contact details, residency status, household income range and deposit savings information. My Finance People is a separate business and handles your information under its own privacy policy. We receive no commission or referral fee for this referral;
- Our builder partners, so they can contact you about house and land packages you are interested in;
- Legal providers you appoint (such as your lawyer or conveyancer), where you ask us to help coordinate communication with them; and
- Service providers who help us operate, including CRM and scheduling platforms (such as GoHighLevel and Calendly) and analytics and advertising providers (such as Google and Meta).
We require these parties to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify. We do not sell your personal information.
